1. About Panafri

Panafri provides digital tools that help businesses manage customers, products, sales, receipts, payments, taxes and related business records.

2. Eligibility

You may use Panafri only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

If you create an account on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that business or organisation.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account and keeping that information reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

You should notify Panafri promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Business Data

You retain responsibility for the business information, customer records, products, sales records, receipts, tax information and other content that you enter into Panafri.

You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions or lawful basis to enter and process information relating to other people through your account.

5. Receipts and Business Records

Panafri provides tools for creating and managing receipts, invoices, sales records and related documents.

You are responsible for reviewing the information in your records before issuing them to customers or using them for accounting, tax or legal purposes.

Panafri does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.

6. Taxes

Where Panafri provides tax-related features, calculations are provided as software tools based on the information and tax settings available to the service.

Tax laws, rates, thresholds and filing requirements may change. You remain responsible for determining your tax obligations and obtaining professional advice where appropriate.

7. Free and Premium Plans

Panafri may provide a free or trial plan with limits on certain features or receipt usage.

Premium plans may provide additional features or higher usage limits. Current prices, billing periods and applicable taxes or fees will be displayed before purchase.

8. Subscription Payments

Premium subscriptions may be processed through third-party payment providers.

A subscription is activated only after Panafri receives confirmation that the applicable payment has been successfully processed.

Payment processing may also be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Panafri for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or Panafri's systems.
• Introduce malware, malicious code or harmful material into the service.
• Interfere with the security, availability or operation of Panafri.
• Use Panafri to violate another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.
• Circumvent usage limits, subscription restrictions or security controls.

10. Intellectual Property

Panafri and its software, design, branding, logos, interfaces, documentation and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to Panafri and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Panafri's intellectual property to you.

11. Your Content

You retain your rights to business information and content that you submit to Panafri, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate and provide the service.

You grant Panafri the limited permission necessary to store, process, display and transmit your content solely for providing, securing and improving the service.

12. Service Availability

We aim to keep Panafri available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, infrastructure failures, security incidents, third-party service failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Third-Party Services

Panafri may integrate with third-party services such as payment providers, email providers, hosting providers and other external services.

Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an account where reasonably necessary to protect Panafri, other users, comply with law, investigate suspected abuse, or address a material violation of these Terms.

You may stop using Panafri at any time, subject to any applicable subscription or payment obligations.

15. Disclaimer

Panafri is provided as a business software service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, completely error-free or suitable for every particular business purpose.

Panafri does not provide legal, accounting, tax, investment or financial advice.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Panafri will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Panafri develops or as applicable legal requirements change. When material changes are made, we will update the date shown at the top of this page and provide notice where appropriate.

18. Governing Law

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the Panafri operating entity, subject to mandatory consumer and data-protection laws that apply to you in your country.

Where Ghana law applies, disputes will be subject to the applicable courts and laws of Ghana.
